Also recommended is Biodanza is a system of human integration and growth, stimulated by music, rhythm and emotion, created by Rolando Toro, which I have participated in several times and found to be of great therapeutic and developmental value. Toro is a psychologist with anthropological leanings and interest in the expansion of consciousness and creativity.
